Clinic Director - Licensed Physical Therapist

Location: Greater Columbus Area | Full-Time

Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Center is seeking a passionate, experienced, and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist to lead as a Clinic Director at our outpatient rehabilitation center in Worthington, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical operations and set the standard for outstanding patient care.
  • Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatment programs for a diverse caseload.
  • Support and mentor clinical staff while fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.
  • Monitor and improve clinical performance metrics, patient outcomes, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with clinic policies, payer regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Drive innovation and quality initiatives within the clinic.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current, active license (or eligible) to practice in Ohio as a Physical Therapist.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics (prior leadership experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a passion for team-based care and continuous improvement.
