Part-time Business Manager – Job Description: Overview: The Business Manager supports the mission and all operations of St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish and related ministries, apostolates and societies. The role oversees all accounting and administrative functions, including accounts receivable/payable, payroll, human resources paperwork, budget preparation, tax filings, diocesan reporting and special filings, contracts and the like related to fundraising events. The position also supports all the fundraising efforts of the parish which include primarily but not only the Mt. Carmel festival, Chicken BBQ and Fall Festival/carnival. The Business Manager will have the special support of a Fund-Raising Coordinator in all the above-mentioned tasks but especially in fundraising and special events.
