Location: Quincy, ILPay Range: $16.92 - $25.38 per hour | Based on Relevant ExperienceSchedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
About the Role:The Psychometrist supports behavioral health services by administering and scoring cognitive and neuropsychological tests under the supervision of a neuropsychologist. This role works directly with patients across a variety of populations, ensuring accurate test administration, detailed behavioral observations, and reliable data collection.
This position plays a key role in supporting comprehensive patient evaluations and contributing to high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health care.

Primary Responsibilities:Provide direct patient support by escorting patients, establishing rapport, and administering cognitive and neuropsychological assessments with accuracy and consistency. Ensure standardized test administration while maintaining patient comfort and understanding, and document detailed behavioral observations to support clinical evaluations. Accurately score assessments and record results in EPIC, ensuring all data is complete and reliable. Support administrative workflows by assisting with scheduling, billing, and coding related to testing services, while maintaining and organizing testing materials and documentation. Utilize EPIC for scheduling, documentation, and workflow management. Assist with mental health screenings, triage, and coordination of referrals, while supporting follow-up care needs and contributing to a professional, compassionate patient experience.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, education, or a related field preferred
Six months of experience administering or scoring psychological or neuropsychological assessments, or experience in a patient-facing healthcare role preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in testing and documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
CPR certification required; CPI training preferred
