Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide direct mental health care services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient support. Responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. The role also involves staying informed about the latest advancements in psychiatric care and contributing to research initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Mental Health Nursing and providing Psychiatric Care
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with a focus on Mental Health Care
• Clinical experience in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions
• Strong patient care and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, research-focused environment
• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with a psychiatric/mental health focus is preferred
• Familiarity with clinical research methodologies is a plus
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice in Texas

Salary Range

$110,000-$125,000
