Summary:

To perform various warehouse functions and supervision of the warehouse production areas and outlet store while ensuring efficient customer service through the processing of quality goods in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure building is opened each day and secured each night
  • Supervise all operations of outlet store and Production functions
  • Ensure high quality, efficient, effective internal and external customer service
  • Prepares and conducts subordinate performance appraisals
  • Reads, processes, and responds to correspondence
  • Examines and maintains employee timecards
  • Maintains employee performance measurements
  • Ensures Warehouse Standard Lead Times
  • Ensures building facility maintenance
  • Works with Inventory Control to control inventory processes
  • Trains, develops, and counsels employees
  • Certify employees on Powered Industrial Trucks
  • Performs back up duties for Outlet Store
  • Receive & assign case locations
  • Audit case workers ensuring case pulling accuracy
  • Print and distribute packing lists
  • Communicate & follow up with Tulsa on problems
  • Take care of all daily freight and UPS shipments
  • Follow company policies
  • Assign fellow employees duties as needed
  • Uses material and equipment effectively
  • *Operates various forklifts as needed
  • *Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Managerial training with 2 years warehouse experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and AS400 a plus
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent math skills
  • Proficient computer and typing skills
  • Display reasoning ability and independent judgment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
