Department/Specialty: Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Operations

Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Salary: $65,712.77 - $91,599.55

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Strengthen the care network: Build and sustain relationships with physicians, clinics, and community partners that expand access to quality care across the Tulsa region.
  • Drive organizational growth: Work alongside senior leaders to identify strategic opportunities that grow the provider network and improve the hospital’s long-term competitive position.
  • Empower providers to succeed: Equip new and existing providers with the knowledge and resources they need to navigate policies, services, and operational processes with confidence.
  • Keep the network running smoothly: Serve as the go-to resource for resolving provider issues, communicating policy changes, and ensuring data accuracy and network adequacy across the system.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need

  • A relationship-builder who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with experience managing data, compliance, or provider operations
  • Comfortable working independently while aligning with broader organizational goals
  • Knowledgeable about healthcare systems, provider networks, or managed care (preferred)
