We’re hiring a Property Operations Coordinator (Utilities & Billing) at Oak Wood Ventures.

This role supports our multifamily and manufactured housing portfolio by handling utility setup, billing coordination, and vendor communication across properties. It’s a good fit for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces.


What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating utility account setup, transfers, and ongoing service
  • Tracking and reviewing utility billing, resolving discrepancies
  • Maintaining organized records across properties and vendors
  • Communicating with utility providers and internal teams
  • Supporting invoice processing and cost allocation
  • Helping improve internal processes and reporting


What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years in operations, property management, or admin-type role
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay organized and follow through
  • Clear communicator who can work across teams
