Property Operations Coordinator - The Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio by Hilton

The Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio by Hilton is searching for a Property Operations Coordinator to join their Property Operations team! The Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton is South Florida's iconic beachfront destination located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale in Hollywood, Florida.

The ideal candidate will have strong Admin and or purchasing experience, ideally in hospitality. Microsoft knowledge is imperative as well as strong communications and customer service skills. If you are also bilingual, that will be a great plus!

Shift Pattern:Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:30PM.

Pay Rate: $$22.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

Performs administrative duties including the coordination of maintenance and warranty requests, recording and tracking maintenance needs, typing, filing, answering telephones, taking messages, responding to and troubleshooting maintenance requests and other general office duties.

Coordinate all upcoming projects with the Director of Property Operations and contractors. Administer construction contracts, service agreements, and bid letters. Compose correspondence, purchase requisitions and reports. Distribute mail, photocopies, faxes documents and maintains files. Monitors HotSos orders throughout the day.
