Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee property operations, tenant relations, and leasing activities. The Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management tasks, including supervising maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with lease terms, and addressing tenant inquiries and concerns. This on-site role, based in Nashville, TN, requires excellent organizational, communication, and management skills to ensure smooth property operations and long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong property management expertise, including lease agreement knowledge, tenant relations, and experience in overseeing maintenance operations.
• Proficiency in financial management, budget planning, expense control, and lease revenue tracking within property management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills for managing tenant concerns and maintaining positive relationships.
• Ability to lead and supervise staff, ensuring efficient team operations and accountability across all property management activities.
• Proficiency with property management software and tools; technology literacy to streamline property operations is a plus.
• Proven knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards within property management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CPM, RMP) are an advantage.
• Prior experience managing residential or commercial properties is required.

Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 base salary + performance bonus
