Job Title: Property Management Assistant (Commercial)

Location: El Monte

Pay Rate: $24–$28 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | 100% Onsite

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Property Management Assistant to support the daily operations of a commercial property portfolio in El Monte. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and can effectively support property managers while providing excellent tenant service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to property managers
  • Serve as a point of contact for tenants via phone, email, and in person
  • Prepare and process leases, notices, and other property-related documentation
  • Maintain accurate tenant files and property records
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors to ensure timely completion
  • Assist with rent tracking, invoicing, and general office support tasks
  • Support move-in and move-out processes, including scheduling and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in property management or administrative support preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); property management software is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Professional, dependable, and customer service-oriented mindset
