Job DescriptionThe Property Controller is responsible for leading all on‑property accounting functions for resort operations, including hotel operations, food & beverage (F&B), and retail accounting, while safeguarding company assets and ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies.
As the senior financial authority on property, the Property Controller oversees financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and audit readiness within a fast‑paced hospitality and resort environment. This role partners closely with resort leadership to provide actionable financial insights that support operational decision‑making, cost control, and overall profitability.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality accounting, along with proven leadership capabilities and the ability to manage multi‑department financial operations. This position is well‑suited for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in an on‑site resort setting and is committed to financial accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
