  • As a Prop Dispos Specialist, at the fill performance level you will perform the following duties: Serves as the primary point of contact and liaison for the agency, General Services Administration (GSA), and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) on matters related to reutilization, exchange/sale, excess, and disposition of agency acquired personal property and is designate the National Utilization Officer for the agency; Coordinates with GSA to manage organization's user accessibility to the GSAXcess federal disposal and screening system, Agency Asset Management System, the internal screening system employed by the agency and ensures only approved personnel within the organization have access to the systems; Researches, develops procedures, provides guidance, establishes standards, and updates and implements tools for excess and disposal of Trust Fund, Under Cover, Purchase Evidence, seized or forfeiture aviation, watercraft vessel, tactical, and fleet assets as well as weapons, ammunition, and surveillance equipment; AND Provides administrative and regulatory oversight of the DLA Law Enforcement Support Office (LESO) Program as the designated LESO Federal Coordinator (LESO FC) and coordinates efforts between agency and DLA for agency's 1033 LESO Program
