Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial interior construction projects
Supervise subcontractors, trades, and field personnel to ensure quality and productivity
Coordinate construction activities to maintain project schedules and milestones
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards
Maintain strong working relationships with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
Develop and maintain short-term schedules and look-ahead schedules
Manage site logistics, deliveries, and material coordination
Ensure adherence to company safety policies and OSHA regulations
Monitor project progress and report updates to project management
Participate in project meetings and coordinate with design and construction teams
Maintain site documentation including daily reports, inspections, and field logs
