Project Superintendent | Houston, TX
A well-established commercial general contractor in the Houston area is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team. This role focuses on overseeing ground up and renovation construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations on healthcare construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics
- Maintain project schedules and ensure quality and safety compliance
- Work closely with project managers, owners, and design teams
- Enforce healthcare-specific standards, infection control, and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of superintendent experience on commercial projects
- Experience on healthcare, data center, retail, or large construction experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, inspections, and field coordination
- Ability to manage projects in active or occupied healthcare facilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
