Jot Title: P6 Project Scheduler

Location: Tulsa, OK

Duration: PERM/Direct Hire

Compensation: $120,000-$180,000 + Per Diem + Car Reimbursement

Job Description

The Electrical P6 Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed Primavera P6 schedules for large‑scale data center and mission‑critical electrical construction projects. This role partners closely with project managers, electrical superintendents, owners, and trade partners to ensure schedule accuracy, risk mitigation, and on‑time project delivery across fast‑paced, high‑reliability environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of construction scheduling experience, with a strong focus on electrical scopes.
• Proven experience scheduling data center or mission‑critical projects. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (required).
• Strong understanding of electrical construction sequencing, including commissioning and turnover processes.
• Experience working in fast‑track construction environments with aggressive milestones.
• Ability to communicate schedule impacts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
