Project Scheduler (CQV / Primavera P6)
Lancaster, PA – King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid / On-site)
2 Year Contract
$80–$90 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler with a strong background in Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) and advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 to support a major pharmaceutical client. This role will play a critical part in planning, developing, and maintaining complex project schedules across multiple sites between Lancaster and King of Prussia, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with CQV, engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure accurate schedule alignment
- Track project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions
- Perform critical path analysis and risk assessments to support project delivery
- Integrate CQV activities (commissioning, qualification, validation) into master schedules
- Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure scheduling best practices and standards are followed across the project lifecycle
- Support scenario planning, what-if analyses, and resource loading as required
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project scheduling experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry
- Extensive hands-on experience with Primavera P6
- Strong experience supporting CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, Validation) activities
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex project schedules
- Solid understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and critical path management
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on GMP-regulated projects
- Familiarity with EPCM project environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Work Environment:
- Hybrid role with travel between Lancaster, PA and King of Prussia, PA
- Collaborative, fast-paced pharmaceutical project environment
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate: $80–$90 per hour, depending on experience
