Scripps Health Administrative Services supports our five hospital campuses, 31 outpatient centers, clinics, emergency rooms, urgent care sites, along with our 17,000 employees, more than 3,000 affiliated physicians and 2,000 volunteers.

This is a full time, salaried, partial remote position.

Plans, executes, and finalizes projects impacting the Scripps Health system according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project�s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of progressively responsible experience in management engineering, project management, consulting, and/or analysis. Experience leading and facilitating work teams, with superior facilitation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analysis. Proficiency with: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Project. Comprehensive understanding of project management, process redesign, and/or performance improvement related methodology and tools, and demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Required Certification/Registration:

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: Master's degree, experience within a multi-facility health care system.

Position Pay Range: $46.85-$67.94/hour
