Role Overview:


We are supporting a growing Westchester County General Contractor seeking a Project Manager to join their team and oversee the successful delivery of construction projects throughout Westchester, the Bronx, and the surrounding areas.


Due to continued growth and an expanding pipeline of work, the company is looking to add an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with ownership, clients, subcontractors, and field teams.


This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys being heavily involved in project delivery and wants to play a key role within an established and respected contractor.


Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and client stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project costs, forecasts, and overall financial performance.
  • Work closely with Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and ownership representatives.
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively.
  • Manage project closeout activities including punch lists, turnover packages, and final documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.


To be successful in your application, you will possess the following:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager.
  • Experience managing projects valued at $5M+.
  • Ground-up construction experience preferred but not essential.
  • Commercial, institutional, renovation, or interior fit-out project experience welcomed.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and client relationships.
  • Ability to lead multiple stakeholders through all phases of construction.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Candidates based in Westchester County or surrounding areas preferred.
