We are looking for an experienced CMMC Program Manager to lead CMMC 2.0 compliance activities in the Cable & Telecom industry.
Responsibilities
- This role will manage audit readiness, compliance planning, and coordination across IT, network, cloud, and security teams.
- Lead CMMC Level 2 / Level 3 certification readiness
- Perform gap analysis against NIST 800-171 & 800-53
- Prepare and manage:
- System Security Plan (SSP)
- POA&M
- Risk and compliance reports
- Work with IT, Network, NOC, Legal, and Cloud teams
- Manage third-party auditors (C3PAO)
- Ensure protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
- Provide regular updates to leadership
- Telecom Experience Required
Experience in:
- Broadband / ISP environments
- Fiber or telecom networks
- OSS/BSS systems
- Telecom data centers
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Strong understanding of:
- Network security controls
- Data flow mapping
- Protecting government and customer data
