Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master

About the Role
accel bi corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams and drive delivery excellence. This role requires deep Agile expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide teams through complex planning, execution, and continuous improvement cycles.
This is a full‑time, onsite‑only position. No remote or hybrid options.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies: daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Coordinate monthly releases, quarterly PI planning, and cross‑team alignment
- Partner with business stakeholders for prioritization, roadmap planning, and dependency management
- Track team progress, manage risks, and remove impediments
- Support Agile transformation efforts across multiple programs
- Guide teams in Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Analyze team metrics to drive performance insights
- Collaborate with technical leads to support development lifecycle activities
- Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years implementing Agile values, principles, and practices (Scrum, Kanban)
- 7+ years with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- 7+ years managing JIRA dashboards, sprint/workflow monitoring, and reporting
- 7+ years managing multiple priorities/projects
- 7+ years with backlog prioritization, grooming, and story/task breakdown
- 7+ years with estimation, sprint planning, and impediment removal
- 5+ years of strong facilitation and communication experience
- 7+ years of risk and business impact analysis
- 4+ years gaining stakeholder buy‑in and support
- 4+ years analyzing data for actionable insights
- 4+ years leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution experience
- 4+ years with “just enough, just‑in‑time” planning
- Certified Scrum Master or Kanban Flow Master (Required)
- 3+ years PI planning and cross‑team dependency management
- 7+ years supporting technical development teams
Required Certifications:
- SAFe Agilist or SPC
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
