- The Scrum Master role has evolved from a team-level facilitator to a delivery leader accountable for driving execution and enabling measurable outcomes
- Leads high-level planning and drives execution against strategic priorities
- Operates across teams to manage dependencies and delivery risk

- Drive execution against agreed commitments by aligning sprint delivery to program milestones, proactively managing risks, dependencies, forecasts, and plan adjustments.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to drive strong team engagement, alignment, and predictable delivery
- Facilitate alignment sessions, planning inputs, road mapping conversations, and strategy updates as needed.
- Champion Agile mindset across teams and partner groups to improve overall delivery maturity.
