SUMMARY:
Infinity Images is looking for a Project Manager to join our rockstar project management team. Working alongside our Account Directors and Manager of Project Management, you’ll help coordinate complex environmental, retail, specialty fabrication, and large-scale event projects from kickoff through installation. Our ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn on the job, and driven to deliver the highest possible quality products to our clients. With your help, we’ll turn concepts into compelling, impactful visual experiences for some of the biggest brands in the world!
LOCATION:
This role will require on-site work at our NE Portland location with some remote work flexibility. Some travel may be required.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Direct and manage projects from beginning to end while working cross-functionally with internal teams, external vendors, and clients, ensuring all aspects of each project are aligned and delivered on time.
- Use project management tools and thinking to develop print and dimensional project scopes, goals, resources needed, timelines, milestones, budgeting, deliverables, and billing.
- Detailed data entry outlining project components to our production facility.
- Provide material expertise for project components according to project scope, budget and timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Manage their design assets and proofing, coordinate site visits, arrange shipping, and schedule installation.
- Occasionally travel to site surveys and installations to assist and oversee client projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree; or the equivalent of 4 years of experience project managing graphic/print production.
- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to quickly digest production requests, problem-solve, and create build-back timelines, while keeping brand identities in mind.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate ideas and thoughts concisely both cross-departmentally and to clients.
- Self-motivated and proactive working style and an eagerness to learn on the job.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity.
- Experience managing outside vendors.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range is $65,000-80,000 annually.
