We invest in operational excellence, strong leadership, and disciplined growth, and we expect the same standard from every member of our team.About the RoleThe Project Manager Trades Portfolio is a high-impact, hands-on operator who will work directly with Chris Lee, Head of Trades, to drive execution across the portfolios operating companies. This role is the connective tissue between leadership strategy and on-the-ground results: turning priorities into plans, plans into action, and action into measurable outcomes across multiple businesses and locations.This is not a back-office coordinator role.
