Project Manager

Overview:

A fast‑growing contract beauty manufacturing company is seeking a Project Manager to support and grow their customer base while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This individual will serve as a primary advocate for customers, managing projects end‑to‑end, driving cross‑functional communication, and ensuring that internal teams meet or exceed customer expectations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, communicates clearly, and excels at building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track.
• Support and expand the existing customer base by identifying new business opportunities.
• Lead internal account management processes, providing direction and support to internal teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for cross‑functional department heads to maintain alignment on customer needs.
• Partner closely with Customer Operations to ensure accurate order processing and high‑quality communication with clients.
• Maintain project documentation, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
• Drive customer satisfaction by addressing challenges, solving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Project Manager
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly and remain resilient in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
