Project Manager (Junior–Mid Level) – PMO / Delivery Execution
Our client is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Project Manager to support a high-volume, factory-style delivery model focused on consistent, repeatable execution across multiple initiatives. This is a PMO and execution-driven role, emphasizing coordination, follow-through, tracking, and tool discipline rather than end-to-end strategy ownership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-paced, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day execution across multiple initiatives, workstreams, and delivery teams
- Track progress against commitments, validate updates, and maintain accurate status in internal tools
- Proactively follow up with application teams to ensure accountability to delivery milestones
- Drive action items, dependencies, and timelines to keep workstreams moving forward
- Escalate risks or missed commitments early with clear context and recommended next steps
PMO & Governance
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) with accuracy and discipline
- Track milestones, deliverables, and cross-team dependencies
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates
- Support governance routines and control review processes
Tools & Documentation
- Manage Jira (epics, stories, workflows, and reporting) to support delivery tracking
- Own Confluence documentation, including status pages, trackers, and runbooks
- Ensure all project artifacts are current, accurate, and audit-ready
- Enforce consistent templates, processes, and execution standards
Communication & Reporting
- Run working sessions and execution checkpoints
- Capture decisions, actions, and risks clearly and concisely
- Communicate progress, blockers, and changes in a structured, timely manner
- Support leadership updates with clear, data-driven reporting
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Delivery Operations
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Proven experience managing RAID logs, action trackers, and delivery commitments
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with consistency and rigor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting infrastructure or engineering programs
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Experience in high-volume, repeatable delivery environments
