About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Project Manager to join our event rental team. In this role, you will be responsible for making sure every rental item works perfectly in the customer's event space. From conducting site inspections to calculating exactly what's needed, you'll be the person who ensures every job is planned precisely and executed flawlessly — whether that's draping, furniture, lighting, or any other rental item.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to evaluate the event space and determine what is needed to fulfill each rental order
• Assess and calculate the quantity of materials, number of crew members, and estimated hours required to complete each job
• Develop detailed project plans for each event, including timelines, staffing, and material requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing questions and ensuring their vision is achievable within the space
• Communicate job requirements clearly to the operations and installation teams
• Identify potential challenges at the venue and proactively find solutions before the event day
• Maintain accurate records of site notes, measurements, and project details

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working at an event rental company (required)
• Strong ability to assess a space and translate customer needs into a clear, actionable plan
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable conducting on-site inspections at various venues
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
