Job Title: Project Coordinator I
Location: New York, NY 10065
W2 Pay (Local): $25/hr - $30/hr
Schedule: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
Start date: 04/20/2026
Key Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related administrative experience (Master’s preferred)
Experience with EPIC and UKG/Kronos systems (strongly preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Grant budget management experience required
Strong customer service, communication, and writing skills
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Role Overview:
This position provides administrative support as a Project Coordinator within the Respiratory Therapy department, assisting with scheduling, budget management, reporting, and cross-functional communication. The role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to coordinate multiple administrative tasks effectively.
