As aProject Manager, Transformation,working inMilwaukee, WI,you’llbe part of theSupply Chain Capabilities team, leadinghighimpact initiatives primarily across our Integrated Supply Chain.
You will plan, organize, and manage the execution of leadership‑approved projects, delivering results in the Molson Coors way. You will own end‑to‑end project delivery, including bringing new capabilities to life, unlocking cost savings, improving supply continuity, standardizing packaging materials, and enabling operational excellence across our brewery network.
This position reports to theProgram Managerand works closely with our Engineering, Brewing, Packaging, Brewery Operations, Planning and Material teams.
WhatYou’llBe Brewing
Leadcrossfunctionalexecution of large capital transformation projects and packagingcostsavingsinitiatives
Plan, organize, and manage projects from concept through handoff, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and risk are actively managed
Leverage internal teams, external partners, and consultants to deliver outcomes efficiently
Identify, analyze, and act on risks related to cost, regulatory compliance, and supply continuity
Apply Molson Coors project management standards while building PM capability across the organization
Provide clear, concise communication to stakeholders and leadership to supportdecision‑making
Maintain strong customer and stakeholder focus throughout project execution
Key Ingredients
5+ years of project management experience (manufacturing, supply chain, or operational environments preferred)
PMP or other project management certification preferred
Background in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain strongly preferred
Proven success delivering projects in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data andanticipatedownstream impacts
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
Confident, credible, and diplomatic in cross functional environments
Comfortable leading through influence without formal authority

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total RewardsOfferings:$109,100.00-$143,200.00(posting salary range) +15%target short term incentive +target long term incentive +$23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
