Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM


Position Overview


Design It Studio Miami is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with experience in high-end architectural millwork, custom cabinetry, and interior construction coordination. This role is responsible for managing luxury residential and commercial millwork projects from design development through fabrication, delivery, and final installation.


The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, coordinate with factories and installers, manage client communication, review technical documentation, and ensure every project meets Design It’s standards for quality, detail, and craftsmanship.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple custom millwork projects from award through final installation

• Coordinate all project phases including shop drawings, production approvals, procurement, logistics, deliveries, and installation scheduling

• Review architectural drawings, millwork details, and technical documentation to ensure project accuracy and feasibility

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, designers, architects, contractors, fabricators, and installers

• Track project timelines, budgets, change orders, and material lead times

• Coordinate with overseas and local vendors regarding fabrication updates, shipping schedules, and material procurement

• Conduct site visits and supervise installations to ensure quality control and proper execution

• Identify and resolve field conditions, installation conflicts, and project challenges proactively

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Design It Studio’s standards of luxury craftsmanship and client experience

• Maintain organized project documentation, approvals, punch lists, and progress reporting


Candidate Profile

• Experience in architectural millwork, custom cabinetry, luxury interiors, construction, or design-build project management

• Strong understanding of millwork fabrication processes, materials, finishes, and installation sequencing

• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, elevations, and shop drawings

• Excellent organizational, communication, and client management skills

• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities

• Experience coordinating with contractors, installers, fabricators, and vendors

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management platforms, and construction coordination tools

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred


Compensation

• Annual Salary (Gross): $66,000 USD

• Estimated Net Annual Salary: $54,611.30 USD

• Biweekly Salary (Gross): $2,531.50 USD

• Estimated Net Biweekly Salary: $2,094.71 USD


Compensation will be processed through ADP, with applicable taxes and withholdings in accordance with local regulations.


Work Environment


This is an on-site position based in Coral Gables, Miami, requiring close collaboration with clients, designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and installation teams to ensure the successful execution of luxury architectural millwork projects.
