Role Description This is a full-time, Project Manager role responsible for the successful digital workflow and completion of complex trading card projects from the development through manufacturing lifecycle. On a day-to-day basis, the Project Manager will plan and track project schedules, coordinate tasks, manage resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery of products and initiatives.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate: Help team members and asset providers focus on their internal processes and deliverables by effectively managing the information and assets required to produce them. 
  •  Track: Regularly monitor multiple detailed trading card collection schedules and track deliverables and milestones to assess project health and determine potential correction requirements.
  •  Communicate: Proactively determine critical project details and communicate them effectively to responsible team members, asset providers, management and other stakeholders.
  •  Balance: Weigh and prioritize the requirements of multiple project schedules to maximize the potential for successful completion of all projects.
  •  Identify Risks: Determine, communicate and help develop management plans for potential problems with schedules, resources and assets. 
  •  Resolve Issues: Quickly identify, escalate and resolve schedule variances and issues that arise during projects.
  •  Report: Analyze project schedules and be prepared to report on project health and status and provide metrics when required.
  •  Quality Control: Review deliverables to verify quality and completeness. Solicit and obtain feedback and approvals from licensors and internal departments.
  • Influence: By your professionalism, character and communication skill, demonstrate and promote the value of a quality and project management-oriented culture.
  • Improve: Continually look for ways to improve processes, procedures and methods.
  •  Other Duties as Assigned


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in digital workflows.
  • Energetic, resourceful, positive and professional.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to build rapport and elicit timely solutions from individuals who are not direct reports.
  • Proficiency in the use of Adobe Workfront - Proof.
  • Offset print production, digital graphics, and prepress knowledge and experience a plus.


Education &/or Experience:

 

  • College degree in related field desired. 
  • Minimum two (2) years of project management experience.
  • Print production experience highly desired.
