GeoPrime Energy LLC is a vertically integrated infrastructure developer headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, with
an active 600 MW project pipeline across the United States. We develop, finance, and operate next-generation
power infrastructure spanning power generation, resource extraction, and advanced mobility systems. Our
Michigan-based team brings end-to-end execution capability — from feasibility through commercial operation —
across distributed generation, hybrid microgrids, and industrial power platforms. We are building our project team
for a landmark Michigan microgrid deployment.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Project Development Manager is GeoPrime's on-the-ground lead for our flagship Michigan hybrid microgrid
project. You will own the client relationship day-to-day, drive all workstreams from Feasibility Agreement through
Commercial Operations Date, and coordinate engineering, regulatory, procurement, and finance functions. This is
the most critical hire for on-time project delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Client Relationship Management Serve as GeoPrime's primary day-to-day contact with the project host client
and stakeholder team. Maintain trust, manage expectations, and proactively communicate project status, risks,
and milestones.

• Project Schedule Ownership Own and manage the integrated project schedule from Feasibility Agreement
through Commercial Operations Date. Identify critical path items and drive resolution of schedule risks before
they become delays.
• Feasibility Agreement Execution Lead negotiations and execution of the Feasibility Agreement, coordinating
legal, technical, and financial inputs from the GPE team and external advisers.
• Workstream Coordination Coordinate all parallel workstreams — engineering, permitting, procurement,
financing, and construction — ensuring alignment and decision-making velocity.
• Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with utility interconnection teams, state regulatory agencies,
local permitting authorities, equipment vendors, and financing partners.
• Reporting Provide weekly project status reports to GPE leadership, monthly investor and lender progress
reports, and ad hoc client communications as required.
• Contract Management Oversee execution and compliance of all project contracts including EPC, O&M;,
PPA/EaaS, and equipment supply agreements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5–10 years of project development experience in distributed energy, microgrids, or utility-scale power generation
• Demonstrated track record of managing DG or microgrid projects from feasibility through commercial operations
• Experience managing client relationships at C-suite and VP level
• Familiarity with Michigan utility regulatory environment strongly preferred
• Experience with project finance structures including PPA, EaaS, and CAPEX models
• Strong project management skills — PMP certification a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex technical and financial topics for
non-specialist audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Prior experience with fuel cell (SOFC) or reciprocating engine generation projects
• Michigan professional network including utility, regulatory, and industrial client contacts
• Experience with federal incentive programs (ITC 48C, USDA, DOE grants)
