Mandry Construction is a commercial construction and real estate development company focused on industrial and retail projects across Texas. We manage projects from the ground up and are actively scaling with a growing pipeline of multi-building developments and business parks.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and execution
• Coordinate subs, vendors, engineers, and architects
• Handle bidding, buyout, and subcontractor management
• Work directly with superintendents on-site progress
• Track costs, manage draws, and keep projects on budget
• Identify and solve problems quickly
• Keep ownership updated on project status

Requirements

• commercial construction project management experience
• Ground-up construction experience preferred
• Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, and job costing
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Organized, accountable, and able to get things done
