Project Manager – Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Duration: 6-12 Months (Potential to Extend and Convert to FTE)
Location: Chicago, IL / Waukegan, IL / Mettawa, IL (Mostly Remote but need someone with 50-60 miles)
Pay Range: $50-$60/hr
This is a Senior IT Project Manager (portfolio-level) supporting IT regulatory assurance, responsible for end-to-end governance and delivery oversight of multiple IT process initiatives in a GxP-regulated pharma environment.
The role partners with business and IT leadership to manage demand intake, define scope, assess risks/dependencies, and drive execution through change control (CCB), steering committees, and portfolio governance. Strong focus on compliance, audit readiness, financial stewardship, and cross-functional alignment across enterprise IT teams.
Must have pharma/life sciences (or highly regulated industry) experience, strong exposure to GxP, validation, and regulatory controls, and a proven track record in large enterprise environments managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities at senior levels.
