Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction (Jacksonville, FL | Large-Scale Infrastructure)

Hays
Jacksonville, FL

If you’ve been running heavy civil or large earthwork projects and want to step into bigger, more complex work with a contractor that actually backs its teams, this is worth a look.

A well-established heavy civil contractor in North Florida that’s expanding its Jacksonville operations and looking to bring on a Project Manager who can take ownership of major infrastructure projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with experienced field teams and have the autonomy to run your projects without unnecessary layers slowing you down.

What You’ll Be Running

  • Large-scale infrastructure and civil projects across North Florida
  • Scopes include:
  • Mass earthwork / site balancing

  • Drive production, cost control, and schedule adherence

  • Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance across all phases

Why This Role Stands Out
