A fast-growing, well-established subcontractor specializing in masonry, concrete restoration, and waterproofing is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. With revenue doubling from $20M to $40M in the past five years, and projections to double again, this is an opportunity to join a company with strong momentum and long-term career growth.
This role is ideal for someone coming from a subcontractor background who enjoys being hands-on in the day-to-day operations of large commercial projects while managing the administrative side of construction.

Key Responsibilities – Project Management
- Assist in managing commercial restoration projects including stadiums, parking garages, healthcare, and industrial facilities
- Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams, subcontractors, GCs, and municipalities
- Handle RFI’s (Requests for Information), submittals, and project documentation
- Prepare and submit bid packages and assist with project buyout
- Coordinate material ordering and track deliveries
- Manage heavy administrative responsibilities including project paperwork and reporting
- Maintain consistent communication with field teams and leadership
- Travel to job sites as needed
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with client expectations
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience working for a subcontractor
- Background in masonry, waterproofing, concrete restoration, or building envelope work preferred
- Experience supporting or managing large commercial construction projects
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working in an office-heavy role with frequent computer and phone work
- Ability to communicate effectively with GCs, municipalities, and internal teams
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and personable – culture fit and attitude are key
