Project Manager - Steel Erection

📍Location: Forest Hills, Tennessee

💰Compensation: $100-125K

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee structural steel erection projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards

📌 Responsibilities

• Manage structural steel projects from start to finish
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment for project delivery
• Develop and maintain project schedules and work plans
• Lead project meetings and communicate with key stakeholders
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality, schedule, and budget targets are met
• Manage RFIs, RFQs, and change orders
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors

📍 Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural steel erection experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and cost control
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
