This is a field-driven PM role where technical expertise matters, and you’ll be trusted to run your projects alongside an experienced operations team.

What You’ll Be Running

  • FDOT bridge and transportation projects from award through close-out
  • Scopes include:
  • Bridge construction & rehabilitation
  • Structural concrete & foundations
  • Roadway tie-ins, drainage, and MOT
  • Work includes complex structural scopes, not commodity site work


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets, schedules, and full project execution
  • Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subs, and FDOT reps
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Ensure strict compliance with FDOT specs, QA/QC, and safety
  • Drive accountability across project and field teams
