Position Summary
We are seeking an organized, driven, and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of commercial low-voltage and communications projects from kickoff through closeout.
The Project Manager will lead project coordination, scheduling, financial tracking, client communication, and overall project execution while working closely with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and company leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Oversee project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall execution
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Manage and track:
- Submittals
- RFIs
- Change Orders
- Purchase Orders
- Billing Documentation
- Closeout Packages
- Monitor project budgets, labor hours, and job costs to ensure financial performance
- Review contracts, scopes of work, and project specifications
- Attend and lead project meetings as required
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and digital files
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on project-related items
- Support procurement and material delivery coordination
- Identify and proactively resolve project challenges and scheduling conflicts
- Provide consistent project updates to leadership and clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and field personnel
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
Qualifications
- 2–7+ years of project management or construction coordination experience preferred
- Experience in commercial construction, low-voltage systems, electrical, telecommunications, or related industries preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with project management software and construction documentation is a plus
