A well-established New England general contractor is looking to add a Project Manager to their team to help lead a complex $31M public sector project located just north of Boston. The company performs work across including schools, airports, municipal facilities, and complex renovations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate with project executives, superintendents, and subcontractors
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and cost control
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement
• Work closely with public owners and project stakeholders
• Utilize Procore, Sage 300, GC Pay, and project scheduling tools

Ideal Background

• 7–8+ years of construction experience
• Experience working for a general contractor
• Strong background in public sector or institutional projects
• Experience with schools, municipal buildings, or civic facilities preferred
• Ability to manage technically complex projects with multiple scopes
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Procore
