We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across a diverse portfolio including office, healthcare, hospitality, retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments. This role requires a strong project leader who can manage complex scopes, multiple stakeholders, and detailed coordination efforts from preconstruction through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Delivery
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, specifications, and company standards.
Cost & Contract Management
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost reporting.
- Lead change management, owner billing, and subcontractor pay applications.
- Oversee subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract administration.
Consultant & Trade Coordination
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and document control processes.
- Resolve scope conflicts and constructability challenges.
Quality, Schedule & Closeout
- Partner with field leadership to maintain schedule and quality standards.
- Lead inspections, punch list resolution, and project closeout activities.
- Ensure successful turnover and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects.
- Proven experience delivering complex commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of contracts, financial controls, and risk management.
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
