This is a full‑time, B2B sales role based in the Nashville, TN area. The Project Manager (Sales Representative) is responsible for identifying client needs, building and maintaining strong business relationships, and promoting Trillium Construction’s staffing services.


Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
  • Following up on leads and developing client relationships
  • Managing and growing existing accounts
  • Negotiating service agreements
  • Partnering closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client success


This role plays a critical part in driving revenue while delivering exceptional service to clients.


Description

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and highly organized
  • Excellent time‑management and follow‑through
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office tools
  • Construction or staffing industry experience is a plus
