Project Manager

The Project Manager will manage cost control, scheduling, procurement, subcontractors, and field coordination while ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This individual will report directly to the Project Executive and company Owners and will serve as the primary liaison between the company, the general contractor, and project partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Project Executive and Owners on project performance and updates.
  • Oversee project cost control, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and field coordination.
  • Ensure plumbing scope is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company, clients, general contractors, and internal teams.
  • Review and administer contract documents and specifications to ensure field responsibilities are properly assigned and executed.
  • Provide oversight and direction to foremen and field crews to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate directly regarding jobsite documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Attend project meetings and coordination meetings required by the general contractor or project team.
  • Conduct weekly Project Manager meetings with all foremen, document meeting minutes, and distribute to attendees, Project Executive, and Owners.
  • Review and approve overtime requests and workforce adjustments.
  • Prepare, review, and submit monthly billings and pay applications in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a project manager, strictly commercial plumbing.
  • Proven experience as a Plumbing Project Manager or Mechanical Project Manager on large commercial or industrial projects.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Experience working with general contractors and large project teams.
  • Ability to lead foremen and field personnel while maintaining project productivity and quality.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.


Certifications & Requirements

  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Ability to work on-site full time


Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $50 – $60 per hour
  • Per Diem: $120/day for candidates living 60+ miles from the jobsite
  • Gas Allowance: Provided for candidates living within 60 miles
  • Lodging: Provided for traveling employees (60+ miles from jobsite)
  • Schedule: 5x10s (Monday–Friday) with overtime potential
