MES Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced MES Project Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing digitization initiatives, with a primary focus on Tulip MES deployments across manufacturing operations. This role will drive cross-functional execution, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation of digital manufacturing solutions in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management capabilities, experience with manufacturing systems and digitization efforts, and the ability to navigate technical, operational, and quality stakeholders to deliver scalable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Tulip digitization and MES deployments across Concord manufacturing operations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Technology, Operations, Quality, and vendor/support teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Manage go-live readiness activities, including stakeholder alignment, testing coordination, training, cutover planning, and change management.
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and issues, proactively escalating and resolving blockers to maintain delivery timelines.
  • Ensure all project activities adhere to 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and applicable validation requirements.
  • Maintain project governance artifacts, including status reporting, project documentation, RAID logs, timelines, and executive updates throughout the engagement.
  • Facilitate communication across technical and operational teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of digital manufacturing capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing manufacturing digitization, MES, or paperless manufacturing initiatives, preferably in a regulated (pharma/biotech or similar) environment.
  • Experience with Tulip or comparable low-code/no-code manufacturing platforms.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work across both technical and operational teams.
  • Understanding of GxP, CSV/CSA validation frameworks, 21 CFR Part 11, and change control processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate vendors, and drive projects to successful completion.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting MES implementations or manufacturing transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing quality systems, validation documentation, and regulated change management practices.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through testing, training, and go-live activities.
