Brief responsibilities;

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from award through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
  • Coordinate field operations with superintendents, foremen, and project engineers.
  • Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and performance.
  • Monitor project costs, productivity, and profitability.
  • Lead project meetings with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and budget impacts.
  • Prepare and submit change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.


Essentials;

  • 5-10 years of experience in heavy civil construction, 5 years as a PM preferred.
  • Bachelors in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent.
  • Experience managing site development and wet underground utilities projects.
  • Able to commute to around Eastern PA/North West Philadelphia.
