Progression; as a Project Manager starting out in their HQ, you will be growing out and leading a team to transition into the new office once built putting you on the path to regional oversight.
Scope; A self-performing site contractor focusing on site development, wet utilities, road pacing and large scale commercial land-development (warehouses and data centers). Taking on projects up to $40M.

Brief responsibilities;
Manage all phases of construction projects from award through completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
Coordinate field operations with superintendents, foremen, and project engineers.
Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Manage subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and performance.
Monitor project costs, productivity, and profitability.
Lead project meetings with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and budget impacts.
Prepare and submit change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.
Essentials;
5-10 years of experience in heavy civil construction, 5 years as a PM preferred.
Bachelors in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent.
Experience managing site development and wet underground utilities projects.
Able to commute to around Eastern PA/North West Philadelphia.
