Project Manager (Onsite)
Location: Brooklyn, OH (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Employment Type: Contract (6+ months)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support a diverse portfolio of small to mid-size projects within a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for driving projects from planning through implementation while also supporting process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with business leaders, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solutions, improve workflows, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage small to mid-size projects or project phases from initiation through implementation
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and drive process improvement initiatives
Analyze current operations and recommend technology-enabled solutions using tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or similar platforms
Lead communication and change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement and training coordination
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and technical resources
Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Support business case development and project governance processes
Manage project financials, including budgets and forecasts
Prepare and deliver executive-level status reports and communications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or technology-related roles
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in cross-functional team environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise tools such as Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, or Salesforce
Experience within financial services or regulated industries
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Agile, ADKAR, or other change management certifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Work Environment
Fully onsite role (5 days per week) in Brooklyn, OH
