Project Manager - Banking Software Implementation

$150-190K + Bonus + Full Benefits

Hybrid (3 days in office) - Philadelphia area

Leading FinTech and Investment Management Consulting firm seeks entrepreneurial Project Manager with 6+ years Project Manager or Client Implementation Manager experience from a banking, investment management, capital markets or similar financial services environment (experience working with front to back office banking or custodian system implementations is a plus) - to lead end to end projects implementing trading, portfolio reporting and investment management enterprise platforms, for hedge fund and investment management clients.

We’re looking for someone with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and manage multiple stakeholder relationships both externally and internally, along with a strong command of project management methodologies - including defining scope, tracking milestones, and ability to identify, evaluate and mitigate project risks. Familiarity with investment management, trading, banking or custodian software, like SS&C, Advent, Blackrock Aladdin, SEI, Vanguard or similar banking or custodian systems is a plus. Requirements:

• Bachelors in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar.
• 6+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementations in banking, financial services or investment management.
• Understanding of Investment Management or front to back office trading workflows, including front and back-office operations is highly preferred.
• Strong command of project management methodologies – eg. PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
• Strong interpersonal skills - capable of engaging with senior leadership and managing multiple stakeholder relationships
• Natural curiosity and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Willingness to leverage AI tools to improve project efficiency and communication.
