Project Manager 5065

Tier4 Group is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large, complex business projects with high visibility and executive engagement. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive results across multiple stakeholders. The project focus will be on implementing a new Learning Management System enterprise-wide. This position will be expected to work hybrid onsite 3 days per week at the client's Springfield, MA office location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage one or more complex projects from initiation through completion
• Oversee day-to-day execution, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and reporting
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, estimates, and resource strategies
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to executive sponsors and stakeholders
• Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with approved recommendations
• Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks through closure
• Manage vendor relationships and contractual obligations
• Confirm achievement of project objectives and formalize sponsor acceptance

Qualifications

• Strong project management expertise with executive-level presence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience managing complex applications or business projects
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership
• PMP certification preferred
