Randstad, in partnership with our client, is looking for a proactive, systems-oriented leader to join a flagship initiative in Norwood, MA. This isn't just a project management role; it’s an opportunity to be the heartbeat of a major drug product manufacturing expansion that will impact patients worldwide.

If you thrive in high-energy environments where your organizational skills bring clarity to complex challenges, we want to meet you!

The Essentials at a Glance:

  • Role: Project Management & Operations Support (Drug Product Readiness)
  • Location: 100% On-site in Norwood, MA
  • Pay Range: $75.00 – $85.00 per hour
  • Duration: 6-month contract (Starting April 27, 2026)
  • Experience: 8–12+ years in Project/Program Management within Life Sciences/Manufacturing.

Why You’ll Love This Role

You will serve as a critical execution partner for "Project Lighthouse," a high-visibility initiative focused on internalizing drug product manufacturing. You’ll be the "connective tissue" across workstreams like Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Digital, ensuring everything from the first brick to the final GMP startup runs like a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving Execution: Managing integrated timelines, risk registers, and decision trackers to keep the program on course.
  • Leading Governance: Facilitating high-impact meetings for senior leadership and ensuring action items don't just sit on a list—they get done.
  • Optimizing Processes: Partnering with the Readiness Director to simplify workflows and find "a better way" to execute cross-functional tasks.
  • Being a Thought Partner: Acting as a trusted advisor to the Ops Readiness Lead, synthesizing complex data into actionable strategies.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • The Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business.
  • The Expertise: Deep experience in a regulated GxP manufacturing environment. If you’ve worked on facility start-ups or capital projects, you’re exactly who we’re looking for!
