  • Develop, refine, and improve production methods to enhance efficiency, quality, and throughput
  • Provide engineering support for the design, fabrication, modification, and evaluation of manufacturing processes and tooling
  • Lead and support process development projects, including defining schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring on-time delivery
  • Create and maintain manufacturing engineering documentation (CAPP-2, G7 formats) in alignment with Pratt & Whitney standards
  • Coordinate and submit tooling and production requests, including:
  • Tool notifications (new, altered, or replacement tooling)
  • CMM program requests
  • NC program requests
  • MCL tickets and PARs

  • Assist with time studies, cost estimates, and resource planning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance and direction to engineering technicians as needed
  • US Citizenship required due to ITAR Restrictions

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting manufacturing processes in an industrial or aerospace environment
  • Strong understanding of production methods across machining, fabrication, and assembly
  • Experience with PPAP, FAI, PTO, and MRL processes within a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and process planning tools (CAPP, G7, or similar)
  • Experience working within structured OEM environments (Pratt & Whitney or similar) is highly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects forward in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, shop-floor mindset

Why This Role

This is an opportunity to play a direct role in shaping manufacturing processes and supporting product development in a highly technical aerospace environment. You’ll work closely with experienced teams, gain exposure to advanced manufacturing methods, and contribute to programs with real-world impact.
