Project Coordinator

We’re partnering with a leading retail brand to bring on a Project Coordinator to support a high-impact, large-scale packaging rebrand across multiple product lines. This is an ASAP need for someone who thrives in fast-paced, detail-driven environments and can effectively partner with design teams to ensure flawless execution.

📅 Duration: 3–6 months (potential to extend)

💰 Pay: $35/hr

📍 Location: On Site

📅 Schedule: 4 days/week (~32 hrs/week)

What You’ll Do:

• Support end-to-end coordination of a major packaging rebrand (boxes, tags, and more)
• Review and QC a high volume of design files to catch errors before production
• Organize and manage large datasets across spreadsheets and tracking tools (~3,500 files)
• Format and prepare files for print vendor handoff on tight timelines
• Partner closely with design and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience working with design teams or creative assets
• Comfortable managing large volumes of files and data
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Airtable is a plus
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus
